This week we are highlighting another one of our more popular videos. It is called “High Speed Vial Accumulator and Diverter.” While this video specifically shows the handling of vials, it serves as a great example of our machine building and material handling capabilities.
In the video you see a mass of vials accumulating before single-filing, and then diverting into two rows. The accumulation and flow is seamless from the mass collection through the diversion allowing for a continuous flow of product. It is called “Four Arm Rotary Pick & Place Tray Loader.” While the video is specific to the handling of vials, it helps to showcase our machine building capabilities. In the video you will see vials approaching the rotary system before being picked up, in groups of 10, by the rotary arm. These vials are then placed in a tray loader.
